The Department of Wastewater will begin work on Thursday, November 2, 2023, with contractor BLD Services to slip line the sewer mainline along Barton Avenue.

Intermittent lane closures along Barton Ave. from River Rd. to Rex St. should be expected, but one lane will be left open for traffic and emergency vehicles to pass. Crews will be onsite Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Minimal inconvenience is expected, but work can take place outside of these hours if unforeseen issues arise. Work is planned for approximately five to six weeks, weather permitting.
