Due to staffing shortages, effective Wednesday, March 8, 2023, the Department of Waterworks office will only be open to the public on Wednesdays from 8:30 am to 11:00 am and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. During these hours, the team will only be handling reconnection services.

All payments should be made via bank draft, mail, online via Paystar or by using the drop boxes at either West Bank or East Bank location. Payments must be made by 4 pm on Tuesday for them to be received and processed for the next business day.

If your services are disconnected, you must either pay in person on Wednesday or pay online and contact the Waterworks Department at 985-783-5110 to confirm payment. 

Other services, such as automatic bank drafting, meter deposit transfers, new service requests and water bill leak adjustments, can be completed digitally using the online forms at www.stcharlesparish.gov/waterworks.
