The 4,000-square-foot building consists of nine offices and two conference rooms that house the Public Works and Drainage Assistant Superintendents and Foremen that work on the West Bank. This enhancement replaces offices that were separated across two trailers and allows for collaborative spaces for the West Bank Yard teams to hold meetings for safety, training and more.

“The West Bank Yard Building has been a project in the making for a long time, and it is great to see it come to fruition,” President Matthew Jewell said. “It is important for our team to have a permanent structure on-site, and it is paying off dividends already with adequate space and an enhanced work environment for our assistant superintendents, foremen and staff. I look forward to the day we can hold a similar celebration for our team on the East Bank.”

The project was completed by TBT Contractors for a total of $783,000.
