The Summer Food Service Program was created by the U.S. Department of Education to ensure children in lower income areas could continue to receive nutritious meals during the summer. Partners on this project include the St. Charles Parish Public School System, the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office and funding from the United Way of St. Charles.
