Can you cook? Do you make the best gumbo or the best jambalaya? Test your skills! Enter the Battle and win the Paddle!

This event is designed to heighten awareness of the 2010-2011 United Way of St. Charles Campaign. This is a fun, family event that invites teams from businesses and industries from across the region to compete for the titles of "Best Jambalaya" and "Best Gumbo".

Open to the Public
$5.00 entry fee, all you want to eat! ($1.00 soft drinks and $2.00 beer)
There will be live music from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

Any team who wants to try to win the paddle is invited!

Participation Fee: $75 per team
Four participation gifts for each team are included.
